Since 1912, the St. Paul Yacht Club has provided safe and affordable access to boating on Harriet Island Park for residents of Saint Paul and surrounding communities. We take pride in maintaining welcoming facilities in one of the city’s most iconic riverfront parks.

The St. Paul Yacht Club has been in continuous operation on Harriet Island since 1912. We are dedicated to safe and affordable boating on the Mississippi River. We are proud of our facilities and our location in Saint Paul’s premier public park – Harriet Island.
Waiting List
As a public marina, we welcome boaters from throughout the region. Slips are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with preference given to St. Paul residents.

Club
The harbors are operated by the St. Paul Yacht Club, a 501(c)(7) corporation founded in 1912 to promote safe and affordable boating on the Mississippi River. Full membership requires a $1,500 initiation fee and includes voting privileges, discounted slip and storage rates, and the ability to transfer slips. Full club membership is not required to rent a slip.
Our Facilities
Our facilities are designed to provide everything you need for an exceptional boating experience on the Mississippi River.
Harbors
The St. Paul Yacht Club operates two full-service harbor facilities within Harriet Island Regional Park, offering 240 boat slips ranging from 20 to 65 feet, with tie-along accommodations available for larger vessels. All slips are equipped with electrical and water service.
Each harbor features a pump-out station available at no charge to slip holders. For year-round members, we also offer winter storage in our boatyard located at the west end of Harriet Island.
Gas Dock
Our fuel dock offers 24/7 self-service access via credit card pay-at-the-pump, with 91 octane clear marine-grade fuel — non-oxygenated and ethanol-free. A self-service pump-out station is also available around the clock for your convenience.
Club House
Our floating clubhouse is permanently moored in the upper harbor, offering a welcoming space for both club functions and private member events. The facility features restrooms and showers, a full kitchen, and a spacious gathering room well-suited for meetings, parties, and social occasions.

Membership Options
Join our community of boating enthusiasts with flexible membership options designed for everyone. The full membership fee is a $1,500 one-time initiation. Storage and slip fees are billed separately on a yearly basis. Full members receive voting rights, discounted rates, and additional benefits. Voting membership is not required to rent a slip.
